Your situation

You want to study in the Netherlands for a period of longer than 3 months. You come from a country where you are required to have an MVV (visa). For you, the "Study" and the MVV procedures are relevant. You will find a description of your procedures on this and the following pages.

You may pursue a course of study in the Netherlands if you satisfy the conditions. As a student you are a temporary resident.
